so lets talk about hair! this treatment is great for dry hair!
you will need
any natural oil of you choice you can use just 1 oil if you want or as many oils as you like for this treatment i use 3 oils according to what my hair needs and each natural oil has its own healing benefits
what i used for my hair's needs
olive oil - is good to moisturise the dry hair and it’s highly recommended for those who have thick hair and stiff hair.
Castor oil - coats the hair shaft and smooths the cuticle layer, sealing in moisture and leaving the hair feeling soft and silky.and helps to thicken your hair
coconut oil has high moisture retaining capacity.
other natural oils you could use to create your own recipe for your hair's needs
jojoba oil- stimulates hair growth and moisturises also is an antibacterial so it helps with dandruff.
argan oil - penetrates into the hair pores or shafts and enhances the elasticity of hair. It also proves to be very nourishing for the growth of hair
almond oil - It prevents hair fall and balding as it strengthens roots and makes the hair stronger.
avocado oil - can protect the hair and scalp from the damage caused by the harmful UVA and UVB rays of the sun It contains essential nutrients like proteins, vitamins A, D, E and B6, magnesium, copper, iron, amino acids and folic acid, all of which is extremely essential for hair growth and nourishment
